Besides aerobics, different types of exercise devices are also available to you at our Club, with the presence of a coach: - Tread mill - Leg curi - Lat machine - Gladiator - Bench - Weights (light and heavy)
The gym is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day. You can choose a time which suit you during these hours, apart from the hours which are reserved for special activities.
Besides this program, there is also the possibility of individual trainings, in agreement with the coach. |
