FITNESS

   
Dr Feelgood is the unique healthy exercise program, created by Dr. Sasa Plecevic, and is held exclusively at our Club. The program has made for healthy people who do not do sports professionally.

The program includes:
1. A medical examination
2. A program of healthy nutrition
3. Training under medical control

We exercise on Swedish medical balls and a device called Total Gym, so that the whole body is kept active.

The program consists of three trainings per week, which last an hour each and are held in groups of 6 people maximum.

Dr Feelgood should be a necessary part of your life. With this program, you will feel better, both physically and mentally. If you follow the recommended diet and training, you will be healthier and you will look better than ever.
